About the community

Germinal Center Research is an independent research initiative on follicular lymphoma and the germinal center B cells it comes from. Bench Notes is its public room: papers worth reading, methods and datasets, reproducibility notes and open questions.

Who posts. Researchers, clinicians and patient advocates approved by the host. Anyone can read.

Not medical advice. Nothing here is medical advice or a substitute for care from your own clinician. Posts discuss published evidence, not individual cases.

House rules. Cite sources and say how strong the evidence is. Never post anyone's health information, including your own, and never post identifiable patient data. Do not speculate about any member's health. No selling, sponsorships or product pitches. The host may hide posts and remove members.

Lumen. Our research librarian is the house AI. Ask them on the Ask page or mention @lumen in a comment. They answer from what members have posted, cite the threads and published sources they rely on, and say plainly when the evidence is thin. They never give individual medical advice.
